Independent brand & content strategy
Most brand problems are premise problems.
I'm Sangeet Saraogi. I find the assumption a brand is quietly getting wrong, then rebuild the message from your vision to the bottom of the funnel, where the numbers move.

How I can help
Three ways in, depending on where the brand is stuck.
Funnel messaging and diagnosis.
When the message is what's inflating your CPC, CPL, CAC or cost of repeat. I read the funnel stage by stage and fix the messaging that creates the leak.
Product and campaign proposition.
When the brand is set but the range is growing. Propositions that sit inside the brand's truth, not beside it.
Brand strategy and positioning.
When expansion needs a brand built on purpose in the consumer's mind: relevant, differentiated and elastic enough to carry what you haven't launched yet.
Brand strategy that has met the funnel, the data and the people.
Seven years on both sides of the table: in the agency ecosystem at McCann and Ogilvy, and in-house at a mobility company and a luxury real estate group. I've written the big brand idea, and I've sat with the CRM dashboards, the call recordings and the cost per lead.
I trained as a mechanical engineer before studying communications at MICA. I still like a problem I can take apart and a story I can build back up.
